Wow! What can I say? I have stopped by twice now and I can officially say I love it! They make absolutely juicy and tender steak and provide homemade classic American breakfasts as well as amazing specials with Mexican breakfasts! I highly recommend ordering their pancakes, chiles toreados, chiliquales or their steak breakfast! Great service, quick, and delicious! It is a cute homey, whole in the wall restaurant! Only complaint was there potatoes they could maybe have some seasoning or not as toasted. But my favorite dish has got to be the chilaquiles with steak, and I'm a tough critic as I usually like only my own or families!

The food was amazingly good! It's a bit pricey compared to other similar bf restos I've tried. The service was fast but they forgot my pancake side and had to remind them after I was almost done with my entree. The ambiance is old fashioned BF cafe. Very friendly vibe.

Franco's Flapjack wins the honor as my first review on Yelp for 2025. We had breakfast here soon after visiting my Dad's resting place at Glen Abbey. We ordered corned beef hash with three medium eggs, along with a short stack of pancakes and sausages. The crew accommodated us promptly and set up the tables and seating for a group of 16 people. The food was served quickly given the amount of orders. We were impressed. The food was excellent and left with full bellies.

They have an extensive menu mainly for breakfast but also serve lunch entrees. Franco's Flipjack's Restaurant is a family owned restaurant in Bonita, CA. I ordered only sides- a side of French Toast & a side of Hash Browns. Both were good. The French Toast actually was a decent size which could've been enough to fill me up. Although, I also felt like eating some hash browns. First time that I visited this eatery and I can see myself being a repeat customer.

I love Franco's! Personally, this is my favorite breakfast joint in the neighborhood. Everytime we go, we are never disappointed. We always come out full and happy and know we'll be back again! This place is located on Bonita Road, near Dollar Tree and right next to JJ Island Grindz. Parking is plentiful there. If you can't find spots right in front, scoot over a little to the bigger lot and you're bound to find something. The restaurant itself is cozy and it's one of those breakfast joints that feel like home. There's a good amount of seating both indoors and outdoors. There's also enough space for you to sit and wait if you're on the waitlist. Service is great. Never had an issue for all the times we went with staff. All staff are friendly and I feel like they do a good job trying to get to know the loac crowd. Staff is patient and constantly checking on you. They're super helpful and always greet you with a smile. Food mever disappoints! Portions are huge and flavorful. Bacon strips are those thicker ones and they're always cooked just right. Hash browns hit the spot and are just the right amount of crispy. But I seriously enjoyed the chilaquiles. Portion was HUGE. The spice was just right and lots of flavor. Overall, the price for the food is not too bad either. I personally think you definitely are getting what you pay for. I definitely suggest going to Franco's if you're looking for a breakfast joint. Local or not, this place will definitely hit the spot for some good, homey breakfast foods. I'm all for supporting small businesses and this one deserves the love.
